A rate of $109.00 a night. If guests are staying for 4 or more days the rate will be adjusted to $99.00 a night.

10% Discount of all food in Horizions Restaurant and Lounge

Players traveling alone will be able to share a room and split the cost.  Be sure to mention this when making a reservation. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGE:

$10.00 per roll-a-way bed per night, and cribs are complimentary.

TRANSPORTATION FOR ALL PLAYERS STAYING AT THE HOTEL

Complimentary van transportation is available to and from the airport, bus and train stations between the hours of 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.  Advance reservations are required.  Complimentary transportation to office buildings within a three-mile radius of the hotel is also available.  Please note that we will attempt to honor last minute requests or changes whenever possible.  However this may not be possible due to other scheduled shuttle reservations.  Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

RESERVATIONS, CUT-OFFS, CHECK-IN AND CALL-INS

Individuals are requested to contact Woodcliff Hotel & Spa directly at 585-248-4810 or 1-800-365-3065 for reservations. Please instruct your guests to ask for the USTA Futures Tournament room block when making their reservations.

The CUT OFF DATE is JUNE 16th so reserve early to guarantee a room.  At the cut-off date Woodcliff Hotel & Spa will release the unreserved rooms for general sale.  Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space or rate available basis. 

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or a first night’s room deposit.

DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

Any damages to Woodcliff Hotel & Spa property will be billed and collected from the offender (parent or legal guardian if under 21 years of age).
